We’re not saying cancel your plans…

But if those plans involve rushing around, answering emails, doing the housework or looking after everyone else, we can certainly think of an alternative 👣

An hour of reflexology.
Time to slow down.
Time to switch off.
Time just for you.

Your feet might be holding a map to your digestive system 👣🌿
In reflexology, different areas of the feet correspond with the stomach, intestines, liver, gallbladder and pancreas.
By applying gentle, targeted pressure to these reflex points, practitioners aim to encourage deep relaxation and support the body’s natural rest-and-digest response.
When the nervous system settles, it may help create more supportive conditions for healthy digestion particularly when stress is contributing to feelings like bloating, tension or sluggishness.
Reflexology isn’t a treatment or cure for digestive conditions, but it can be a beautiful complementary practice for relaxation and overall wellbeing 💜

August arrives with a sunrise that feels a little different.

The eclipse has passed, the darkness has lifted, and once again the sun finds its way through. A reminder that even the darkest moments are temporary, light always returns, slowly but surely.

There is something about an August sunrise… the quietness, the changing light, and the feeling that summer is beginning to slip gently towards autumn.

Some mornings bring peace.
Some bring memories.
And some remind us just how far we have come. 🌅💛

🔬NEW REFLEXOLOGY RESEARCH | 2026

A recent clinical trial explored the effects of foot reflexology on restless legs syndrome (RLS) and sleep quality in people living with multiple sclerosis (MS).

The findings are encouraging, with participants experiencing improvements in restless legs symptoms and sleep quality following the reflexology intervention.

Research like this is important as we continue to build the evidence base around reflexology and its potential role as a complementary approach to supporting wellbeing and symptom management.

An interesting point from the authors: the study recommends that nurses receive reflexology training. This recommendation relates to the potential integration of reflexology into supportive nursing care. It should not be interpreted as suggesting that reflexology is exclusively a nursing intervention or should only be provided by nurses. Professionally trained reflexologists already practise reflexology as a dedicated complementary therapy.
