I just wanted to take time and thank all my wonderful friends and clients with who I shared my time in Limerick. Guys I love you all! I can't express in words how much I will miss you all. I have gained so many new friends for life ( if I would start tagging people list would just go on and on 🙈🤣❤️ )
Special THANK YOU goes to Munster Pro Fitness ( Gordon and Jane Daly ) I know its been only 6 months but it truly feels like I have been working in the gym all the time and I belong there. Guys your the best gym in Limerick and in my opinion the best in Ireland. It will be hard to feel anywhere else as good as I felt working with you. 😊

Guys remember - SHOULDERS BACK AND CORE TIGHT 😉💪 And who knows, I might be back in 2 years x

Introduce a brisk 30 minute walk daily - (200kcal)
500kcalx7 = 3,500 extra kcals burnt!

**Update**
I've now relocated to Munster pro fitness, a new gym that only opened last year!
They have an excellent standard of equipment etc. and I'm looking forward to seeing you all there 🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♂️
