Today was a special day as, together with her family and former colleagues, we gathered at the Waterford Health Park to remember our late colleague and dear friend Dr. Ita Creavin who sadly died in January of this year.

Along with a number of friends including Miriam Nugent, Marian Ryan, & Julie Cummins, we arranged for a beautiful sculpture to be commissioned & placed in the healing garden.

Fr. Pat Fitzgerald and several others spoke poignantly as we remembered Ita the Doctor, the person and the friend.
Dr. Ita Creavin cofounded the Waterford Health Park and RoweCreavin Practice. It was a privilege for me to have had her with me as a fantastic partner for so many years.
Her memory & spirit will live on. May she rest in peace. 🙏
