Those stems once abondoned on the ground and full of black spot disease were tranformed into pink roses blooming.
Today they're the heart of my garden, filling the air with the most beautiful fragrance and reminding me that a little knowledge, care, patience, and persistence can work wonders.

I’ve done everything I’m supposed to do—surgery, treatments, lifestyle changes.

And yes, some things have improved.

But what doesn’t get talked about enough is this:
there is still no real cure for endometriosis. It is a life sentence.

So even when you’re doing everything right, you can still feel unwell most of the time.

That’s the reality.

The fatigue, the inflammation, the energy it takes just to get through normal days—that doesn’t just disappear.

So when it seems like I’m always resting, or always unwell, it’s not a phase.

It’s a lifelong condition that people are still expected to quietly manage.

I’m sharing this because ā€œlooking fineā€ doesn’t mean feeling fine—and for a lot of us, it rarely does.

I’m thinking of turning these into a little perimenopause cartoon series while I figure this phase of life out.

If you're going through it too, you might as well laugh with me.
