CAN I BE HONEST ABOUT REIKI?

Sometimes you don't need another person telling you to
“raise your vibration”
“manifest your dreams”
or “find your inner peace.”

Sometimes you're simply tired.

Your head is busy.
Your body feels tense.
You've got a lot going on.
And you just want an hour where nobody needs anything from you.

That's where Reiki comes in.

You don't have to know anything about Reiki.
You don't have to meditate.
You don't have to be spiritual.
You don't even have to be able to switch your mind off.

Just come as you are. ❤️

Lie back, get comfortable and allow yourself some quiet time to simply be.

And if you're not local, Reiki can also be offered distantly, from the comfort of your own home.

Maybe you don't need to “fix” yourself.

Maybe you just need to pause.
