Can you believe we’re almost half way through the year already?

Isn’t this weather glorious.. ☀️😎 long may it last for many weeks to come, the garden has been my little side project since March and even though I have no idea what I’m doing, have probably spent way to much money than a should and not planned out seasonal blooms etc etc.. but who cares I loved every second of it, weekly visits to the garden center, adding colour and live one pot at a time, and watching seeds grows into baby sprouts, to strawberries starting to form, to creating a little fairy magic, feeding birds, bees and even gained a furry friend 🐱 to starting my first herb garden. Iv enjoyed every single second, and will continue too. But mostly tending to the garden, has taught me a deep understanding of grounding and connecting to the earth, to slow down, to listen, to feel, to watch that growth doesn’t happen overnight, that beauty comes from love & nurturing. ❤️

💖✨🙏 Watch and listen.. healing doesn’t happen overnight or even in one reiki session, it happens when you put the work in, when you stop ignoring what feels uncomfortable and uneasy. Forgiveness is one step in your healing journey and can be the hardest to give, but don’t just give it for others, give forgiveness to yourself, by allowing to you release the pain, the suffering, when you do you whole self will feel more freeer, more at ease. Healing takes time, takes consistency and takes work. Be kind to yourself.. 💖🙏
