Last night we completed another wonderful journey at the Jewish School of Gemstone Healing.
At the end of our final class, I asked the students to share a little of what the "Healing with Avnei HaHoshen & Gemstone Course" had given them.
One student spoke about having “a whole new world” opened up to her, after wanting for decades to learn about gemstones from a Torah perspective.
Another shared how powerful the practical experience of working with the gemstones had been in helping her really understand what they can do.
And I was very touched to hear:
“You’re an amazing, amazing teacher. We have such a nice balance between allowing us to personally share and then the professional setting.”
Months of learning, practising, assessments, questions, and working with so many gemstones.
It is always special to reach the end of a course, and to see how far everyone has come.

She literally had “a pain in the neck.”

It was keeping her awake at night and getting in the way of her life. She had tried all sorts of things, conventional and otherwise, but nothing seemed to be helping.

When we worked with the stones, something quite different came to light.

Her neck wasn't really where we needed to focus. There were a number of unresolved issues in her life that needed attention.

Over the next couple of weeks, we worked with the stones and she began dealing with what had come up.

When I next asked her how her neck was, she looked at me for a moment.

“Oh yes... my neck!”

She had almost forgotten about it.

Sometimes where we feel the problem isn't necessarily where the story begins.

This actually happened to me…
I fell in the snow and hurt my shoulder.
I used the relevant stones for pain, went to physio, and joined exercise classes.
But the physio said to me,
“I just can’t get your full range of movement.”
That was very upsetting. It felt like there was no way around it.
About a month later, I went to buy crystals and couldn't resist a particular stone. it was the unakite, not a stone that I had been attracted to in the past, but now I wanted a big delicious one.
The penny dropped! I realised I was in conflict with someone, not that I really needed the stone to tell me that. I was well aware.
But I hadn’t realised how much it was affecting me, until that stone gave me the missing info!
And then I understood that the pain in my shoulder was connected to the conflict.
And as you can imagine, once the issue was resolved, my shoulder fully healed.
The stone didn’t fix my shoulder.
But it gave me the understanding and the push to deal with what was really going on.
Very often, what we feel physically isn’t just physical.

Her rash disappeared…
after addressing the emotional issues.
It’s something I’ve seen more than once.
Very often, what we feel physically isn’t just physical.
And the cause isn’t always obvious.
Living with pain that won’t go away?
