You won’t hear me say “fake it ‘til you make it.”

🔥 You will feel my guidance helping you to *reconnect with the natural laughter alive within you longing to be released.*

You will hear me talk about generated laughter.
Generated laughter is when we consciously open our laughter channel and allow our innate joy to be awakened through simple laughter exercises.

Our body, mind and spirit experience the same happy hormones that are produced by spontaneous laughter. 🩻🧠🌀
