שיטת מגע ומעגל היא שיטה ייחודית המשלבת רפלקסולוגיה, תנועות ריקודי בטן וארומתרפיה כדי לסייע לנשים במהלך ההריון והלידה ולסייע לנשים בכלל.

Hi everyone 🙂
This week, following an amazing wedding for the daughter of our friends from Dallas tx ❤️ I remembered our life there and how on the first day we moved into our apartment on Pear ridge drive, I went into the walk-in closet, saw the present from my childhood friend - Ayelet and her note and missed her so much I started crying 🤗
Thank God, we met new friends as well as returned home and now we get to spend time at the beach ❤️🌸
This week I got to treat 4 women who are wives of our brave soldiers, thank you Shandi for organising this event 🤗 It was a pleasure to treat you, thank you so much for appreciating my efforts and to the expecting lady bh in 10 weeks , I wish you an easy and joyous birth when the time comes 🤗🌸❤️ it was amazing to see your baby moving inside , and amusing that I guessed correctly - it's a girl 😃🌸

This Sunday, God willing, Aviva is hosting me on her amazing porch so we can dance, 7 women have registered and there's plenty more room 🤗🙏🌸

השבוע, בעקבות חתונה מהממת לבת של חברים מדאלאס הרחוקה ❤️ נזכרתי בחיינו שם ואיך ביום הראשון שעברנו לדירה השכורה נכנסתי לחדר הארונות וראיתי את המתנה והמכתב מחברת הילדות שלי, איילת - כ"כ התגעגעתי שהתחלתי לבכות 🤗
תודה לאל, גם פגשנו חברים נוספים וגם חזרנו הביתה וכעת אנחנו זוכות להפגש בים מידי פעם ❤️🌸
זכיתי לטפל השבוע בארבע נשים במסגרת התנדבות לנשות מילואימניקים , תודה רבה רבה על זה שאתן מעריכות, היה תענוג לטפל בכן ומאחלת לך , אשת המילואימניק שמצפה בעוד כעשרה שבועות, לידה קלה ומוצלחת במועד הכי מתאים 🤗🌸❤️ היה מדהים לראות את התינוקת שלך זזה בבטן ואיזה כיף שניחשתי נכון 😃🌸

Reminder: Miri and I are awaiting to see you this Thursday to help you with pms and period pains using bellydance and soubada 🙏🌸😃

In continuation of my birthday celebrations, I met my dear friend Michal who is also celebrating her birthday ❤️ another "twin"-Gemini 🤗 I met my friend Aviva , another bellyancing friend, as well as another for a nice shopping trip to Nahalat binyamin 🤗🌸
I pampered myself to one day at the tambourinedream festival and I even got to give 2 short Bellydance workshops : in the water as well as on the dance floor, see what a beautiful flour we've created with our veils 😃✨️ thank you so much Chana Vered and Aviva 🤗✨️
I also got to pamper my August lady who's baby did a belly shimmy moving inside 😃 so glad you got some rest my dear 😘🤗❤️

השבוע המשכתי לחגוג לי את יום ההולדת 😃
נפגשתי עם מיכל היקרה שגם לה יש יום הולדת ❤️ תראו איזה תאומות אנחנו 🤗
נפגשתי עם אביבה ועוד חברה לטיול בנחלת בנימין 🤗🌸
ופינקתי את עצמי ביום אחד בפסטיבל טמבורין בכינרת ואף זכיתי ללמד 2 סדנאות ריקודי בטן: בתוך המים ועל הרחבה, תראו איזה פרח יפה יצרנו עם הצעיפים 😃✨️ תודה רבה על הארוח חנה ורד ואביבה 🤗✨️
וגם זכיתי לפנק את היולדת שלי שהתינוקת בבטן הדגימה יפה את השימי בטן תוך כדי הטיפול 🤗❤️ איזה יופי שהצלחת לישון יקרה 😘

Hi everyone 🙂
I'm writing this before my next morning workshop. In the meantime I've enjoyed dancing with 3 ladies, as well as treating my August lady ❤️

It was such a pleasure to dance with all of you, I'm so proud you were able to do the movements 👏 it took me a year and a half to learn the tractor (=undulation) 🤗
My August lady flattered me by falling asleep and even dreaming ! 😃

I will be very happy to help you as well with my natural induction treatments, with my full spa like doula services as well as with my childbirth prep classes 🤗🙏🌸

איזה כיף היה לרקוד עם שלושתכן, איזה יופי שהצלחתן לבצע את התנועות 👏 לי לקח ללמוד את תנועת הטרקטור (אנגליישן) כשנה וחצי 🤗
היולדת החמיאה לי מאוד כשנרדמה בטיפול ואפילו חלמה 😃

אשמח מאוד לסייע גם לך בטיפולים הטבעיים שלי, בליווי המלא בלידה שלך שנותן הרגשה של ספא מתמשך ובקורס הכנה ללידה 🤗🙏🌸

Our holiday was amazing as we also celebrated our grandson's birthday 😍
Our daughter made a special construction site cake and my husband made me two delicious birthday cakes ❤️
Thank you so much my dear family who came to celebrate (even on the screen! ) , thank you everyone for the wonderful birthday wishes friends, family on Facebook, WhatsApp and the people at my synagogue 🤗✨️🌸
