Hi Yogis

I see I haven’t posted on facebook in over four years. Social Media is not my favorite space :)

I wanted to update you all that I now teach several small classes a week in Emek Hefer. If you’re interested, come practice. It’s a small lovely studio with a maximum of 8 students. It’s pretty special. Hope to see you there.
