💪 Most girls skip upper body day.
🔥 I train biceps, triceps, shoulders, back—everything.
Some people think girls should only focus on legs and glutes. I think strength should be built everywhere.
For me, upper body workouts are just as important as lower body training. Strong arms, strong shoulders, and a strong back don’t just improve physique—they build confidence, performance, and overall fitness.
I’m not in the gym to follow trends. I’m here to build a balanced, powerful body and become stronger every single week.
Because strength has no gender.
Whether it’s bicep curls, tricep pushdowns, shoulder presses, pull-downs, or rows, upper body day is never getting skipped. 💯
