A day in my life as a Wellness Coach is all about routine.
Waking up early, moving my body, planning sessions, helping clients with pain, posture, strength, mobility, core, and also reminding them to take care of their lifestyle — not just workouts.
Because slowly I understood that lifestyle is everything.
Your sleep, your stress, your posture, your movement, your routine — everything matters.
I was also not aware before, but now I see how small daily habits change your body and your life.
So this is not just my daily routine, this is my lifestyle now.
