I have worked as a weight-loss dietitian in Keck hospital of USC and Beverly Hills, CA. I currently work at CHOC Children's hospital in Orange County. No Maida, No Dough Aalsi Momos ! Is it a YAY !! Or a NAY ? Watch the end to find out 😋 had to try it before I had my opinion because I am a MOMO paglu

A must-try vrat recipe by

✅ Gluten Free & protein packed

For the momos filling -
1/2 cup Chopped Cabbage
1/2 cup Chopped Carrot
1 Green Chilli & 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 tsp Grated Ginger
Salt, Pepper & chilli flakes
150 g Low fat Paneer

Stuffing with cheese is optional but tastes gooood 🤤

Rice flour for dunking

First coat in rice flour & then water & then again rice flour. Repeat this 3 times ✨

Make sure the balls made are compact and tight so that it holds shape well
When cooking it, add to boiling water, this is super important else these might just tear apart

I am not against MAIDA! A lot of people do ask for no maida options & hence this one with rice flour 💛
