Diagnosis is Leiomyoma .

Tumor composed of interlacing bundles (fascicles) and whorls of smooth muscle cells.
* Cells are spindle shaped with elongated blunt-ended (“cigar-shaped”) nuclei.
* Cytoplasm is abundant and eosinophilic.
