Shoulder dislocation-Closed Reduction & Crepping

A patient presented with anterior-inferior shoulder dislocation.
Successful closed reduction was performed followed by crepe bandaging and Ayurvedic management.
Post-reduction joint alignment was satisfactory and the patient is recovering well under observation.

मरीज एंटीरियर-इन्फीरियर शोल्डर डिसलोकेशन (Anterior Inferior Shoulder Dislocation) के साथ आए।
सफलतापूर्वक क्लोज्ड रिडक्शन (Closed Reduction) किया गया तथा बाद में क्रेप बैंडेजिंग (Crepe Bandaging) एवं आयुर्वेदिक प्रबंधन किया गया।
पोस्ट रिडक्शन के बाद जोड़ की स्थिति संतोषजनक रही एवं मरीज में अच्छा सुधार देखा जा रहा है।
