🌿 Ugadi Pachadi = 6 Tastes of Life 🌿
✨ Ingredients (Serves 2–3):
• Neem flowers – 1 tsp
• Jaggery (grated) – 2 tbsp
• Tamarind pulp – 2 tbsp
• Raw mango (chopped) – 2 tbsp
• Green chilli (finely chopped) – 1 small
• Salt – a pinch
• Water – ½ cup
✨ Method:
Mix all ingredients well until jaggery dissolves. Serve fresh.
