Reducing the glycemic index of food is very easy with the help of Profiber.
Here's what you can do to reduce the glycemic index of different foods:
1. Idli/Dosa - Add 8-10% of finely powdered Profiber to Idli/Dosa batter. Add it once the batter is ready & not while preparing the batter.
2.Chapati/Roti- Finely grind Profiber, add 10% of Profiber to the flour, mix it well & then prepare the dough.
3. In snacks and other food where Fenugreek seeds are used, you can replace it with Profiber since it is not bitter in taste, unlike Fenugreek seeds.
4. Finely ground Profiber can be mixed with fruit juices as well to reduce their glycemic index.
