The years ahead hold more possibility than we have been taught to imagine.

Most of us plan for longer lives, but not for the longer careers that come with them.

What if those extra 20, 30, 40 years were a runway, not an afterthought?

Longer doesn’t mean the same work stretched thinner, it means room to evolve.

New skills, new paths, and permission to reinvent yourself more than once.

The people we meet are not lacking drive, they are lacking a path that fits them.

Because a career no longer has to peak once or point in a single direction.

Imagine experience as your advantage and every transition as an open door.

If your career were built for the years you actually have , what would you choose next?

A room full of people asking better questions about money and the years ahead.

In “Rethinking Wealth for Longer Lives,” Ragini Rao (Senior Transactional Analyst and facilitator) opened up the conversation underneath the numbers: what you actually want your wealth to make possible. Then Ratnasri Karra (SEBI Registered Investment Advisor, CFA) walked through what changes when you plan for a longer life.

Less about catching up. More about designing wealth around the life that is yours.

Thank you to everyone who joined us.

On 1st August, we are bringing together expert insight and lived experience for an interactive session on Pain, Movement & Recovery in Midlife.

The session will be led by Sandeep, a Therapeutic and Functional Movement Specialist whose work is grounded in Cognitive Functional Therapy. His approach looks beyond symptoms to understand the whole person, their story, habits, stress and movement patterns. At Zuva, he helps people rebuild trust in their bodies, because navigating midlife is not only a mental or emotional transition. It is a physical one too.

If pain has quietly become part of your everyday life, perhaps it’s time to understand it differently.

At some point in your forties or fifties you end up being the person who knows where everything is. Your parents' policy papers, which hospital has their records, what your children need when they are applying for something, and your own money somewhere in the middle of all that. Nobody handed you the job. It just built up over the years.

Two things come out of that.

One is obvious enough. If you are not around for a while, nobody else can find any of it.

The other is the one we think about more. People tell us they want to change work at 48, or start something at 52, or step back at 55, and what usually holds them up isn't nerve. It is that they don't have a clear picture of what they already have.
So we put together a Family Readiness Toolkit on Finances. It takes about a sitting to fill in, and it covers six things:
- A financial snapshot
- Document locator
- Nominee check
- Asset map
- Will check
- Conversation prompts

Most people find the last one hardest. Sorting out paperwork is easy enough. Actually telling your family where things are, and who decides what, is a conversation we tend to keep putting off.
It is worth doing anyway, because you come out of it with a clear view of what you have built and what you could still do with it.

That is also what our workshop on 31 July in Bengaluru is about. Rethinking Wealth for Longer Lives, with Ragini Rao on the beliefs behind how we handle money and Ratnasri Karra on the numbers. Details in the comments.

Comment "toolkit" and we will send it across.

Most conversations about money focus on what to do. Very few ask why we make the choices we do.

In midlife, money becomes about much more than earning, saving or investing. It influences the choices we make about work, family, health, purpose and the years ahead.

As we live longer lives, these decisions become even more important. They ask us to understand not only our financial reality, but also the beliefs and habits that shape our relationship with money.

That is the thinking behind Rethinking Wealth for Longer Lives.

To explore both these dimensions, we are bringing together two facilitators with complementary expertise.

Ragini Rao, Co-Founder InfinumGrowth, Senior Transactional Analyst and facilitator, brings over three decades of experience helping individuals understand the beliefs, habits and emotional patterns that shape the way they think, feel and make decisions. Through guided reflection and conversation, she will help participants uncover the relationship they have with money and the patterns that continue to influence their choices.

Ratnasri Karra, Founder Her-mony: Women Empowerment through Financial Independence, SEBI Registered Investment Adviser, CFA and Certified Financial Transitionist®, brings the practical perspective. She will help participants understand their current financial picture, introduce simple frameworks for thinking about financial wellbeing, and identify the areas that may need their attention in the years ahead.

Together, they bring two different but complementary perspectives, helping participants understand both their relationship with money and their financial reality.

Date: Friday, 31 July 2026
Time: 10:30 am to 5:30 pm
Venue: Bengaluru

If money has been on your mind, whether because of work, family, changing priorities or simply the years ahead, we would love to have you join us.
