The next time a reel tells you exactly what “women should” be doing - pause before you believe it. 🛑

My clients send me these constantly: “Is this true? Should I be doing this?”

Here’s my honest answer: stop looking at the content. Look at the structure!

Is it one blanket statement dressed up like it applies to every woman? And if it is — is there anything underneath it you can actually apply to your body, your stage of life?

“Don’t eat in a severe calorie deficit” — okay, but severe compared to what? Calorie deficit can look like anything from 1000 calories to 2200 depending on your height, weight, activity and other factors.

“Lift heavy” — heavy compared to what? What’s heavy for me isn’t heavy for you, especially with everything your hormones are doing right now.

Incomplete advice isn’t wrong advice. It’s just not yours yet.

So scroll past the noise. And when something genuinely feels worth exploring, that’s when you individualize it, with someone who actually knows your stage, your body, your history. That’s the work I do with my clients, every single day.

Protect your sanity. 🧠

Which reel sent you spiraling this week? Tell me in the comments — I might just break it down next. 👇

The average age of natural menopause in Indian women is just 46.2 years.
That’s nearly 5 years earlier than the global average.

Which means many women start experiencing hormonal changes in their late 30s and early 40s... often without realizing what’s happening.

✨ Low energy.
✨ Stubborn weight gain.
✨ Brain fog.
✨ Poor sleep.
✨ Mood swings.

You aren’t lazy.
You aren’t imagining it.
And your body isn’t broken.

It may simply be asking for different support.

That’s exactly why I created The Perimenopause Protocol—a 12-week group coaching programme designed to help busy professional women understand what’s changing, support their hormones through nutrition, strength training and lifestyle, and feel stronger, calmer and more in control of their health.

📅 The next cohort starts on 17th July.

If you’ve been wondering whether this programme is right for you, DM me “PROTOCOL” now to register or book your free discovery call. I’d love to help you take the next step.

When you hear PMOS or MASLD, it’s easy to go straight into panic, guilt, or “I have to fix everything overnight” mode.

But most of the time, your body isn’t asking for a makeover.

It’s asking for slightly kinder patterns: a bit more protein, a bit more muscle, a bit more sleep, a bit less chaos.

For Indian women in our late 30s, 40s, 50s, the hardest part usually isn’t knowing what to do.
It’s doing anything consistently while juggling work, parents, kids, homes, hormones and “be available 24/7” culture.

So instead of chasing the perfect diet or perfect workout, choose one tiny lever and start using it:
* Maybe it’s adding curd, dal or eggs to lunch instead of cutting rice.
* Maybe it’s 2 sets of squats and pushes at home instead of waiting for the “right” gym.
* Maybe it’s a 10‑minute wind‑down instead of scrolling till your eyes burn.

None of these look dramatic on one day.

But stacked over weeks, they change how your metabolism, hormones, insulin, energy and mood show up in your life.

💬 Tell me in the comments:
What is ONE tiny, realistic change you’re willing to try for the next 7 days – food, movement, stress, or sleep?

📌 Save this for the days your brain says, “If it’s not perfect, it’s pointless.” It’s not true.
