These days, I've noticed something about myself. 🤔

No matter what I do, I somehow end up feeling guilty.

If I'm working, I feel guilty that I'm not giving enough time at home.

If I'm at home, I feel guilty that I'm not doing enough for my career.

If I rest, I feel guilty.

Even when I'm earning, sometimes it still feels like I'm not earning enough. 💭

And somehow, this guilt doesn't just stay in my head.

At work, I keep pushing myself because slowing down feels like falling behind. 💻

In relationships, I sometimes say yes even when I want to say no because disappointing someone feels worse. ❤️‍🩹

And with my health, I keep ignoring what my body is asking for because there is always something or someone else that feels more important. 🫠

And honestly? It gets exhausting.

Because no matter which choice I make, there is always a part of me thinking...

“You should be doing more.”

Whenever I share this with someone, I usually hear:

“You think too much.”

But I don't think that's the problem.

The problem is...

*Why am I thinking like this in the first place?* 🤔

Why does resting make me uncomfortable?

Why does choosing myself sometimes come with guilt?

Why does doing enough never actually feel like enough?

And then I started wondering something.

*What if every belief I have isn't entirely mine?*

What if some of the things I feel so strongly today are patterns I have been watching, learning and carrying for years without even realising it?

Maybe some things don't start with us.

Maybe they start much earlier. 🌿

And that thought took me somewhere I wasn't expecting.

I'll tell you where next. 👀

*Have you ever felt guilty no matter what you do? Comment “ME” if this feels a little too familiar. 💬👇*

🧠💭 Have you ever noticed how your mind starts racing when someone asks you a simple question?

“Do you feel guilty telling a client you’re free?”
And suddenly your mind races…

What if they think I’m not successful enough?
What if they don’t book me?

“Do you keep giving extra time for free?”
And your mind races…
What if they think I’m selfish?
What if they leave?
“Do you feel uncomfortable charging more?”
And your mind races again…

What if I’m not good enough to ask for it?
Sometimes, the question isn’t the real problem. 💔
Sometimes, it takes us back to childhood.

Maybe you were taunted for getting something wrong.
Maybe your marks were compared in front of relatives.
Maybe someone constantly commented on your looks, weight or the way you spoke.

You may have moved on.
But your mind learned something.
Getting it wrong isn’t safe.
Being judged isn’t safe.
Not being enough isn’t safe.
So now, you’re an adult.

But one small question, criticism or possibility of rejection can still make your mind race. 🫠

🌿 Sometimes, the reaction happening today has a much older story behind it.
Which question made your mind race the most? Tell me below. 💬👇

🌿 Recently, I enrolled in a program that promised me a lot.

The content was good.
The exercises were good.
Everything looked promising.

But then I stopped showing up.
And what happened after that made me think.
Nothing.
No one checked in.
No one asked, “Are you okay?”
No one asked, “What happened?”

And honestly, that’s when I realised something. 💭
Most of us don’t stop because we don’t care.
We stop because somewhere along the way…
Life gets overwhelming.
We get tired.
We lose momentum.
We miss one day… and then another.

And suddenly, coming back feels harder than starting. 🫠
Think about it.

You probably already know what you need to do.
🏋️ You know you need to exercise.
🥗 You know you need to eat better.
🧘 You know you need to slow down and work on yourself.
📚 You may even know exactly what pattern you want to change.

But knowing what to do and actually doing it consistently are two completely different things.
And this becomes even harder when you’re trying to change an old pattern.

Because the moment life gets difficult, the old way feels easier.
The old reaction.
The old habit.
The old coping mechanism.
So you stop showing up.

And sometimes, you don’t need someone to lecture you.
You need someone to simply say:
“You haven’t shown up today. What happened?”
“Are you okay?”
“What got in the way?”
“How can I support you?”

Not to make you feel guilty.
Not to pressure you.
But to help you come back. ❤️

That experience made me even clearer about how I want my own programs to work at Heal With Parul. 🌿
I don’t want to just give you information, exercises and recordings… and then disappear.

Because transformation doesn’t happen just because you attended a session.
It happens on the random Tuesday when you don’t feel like doing the work.
When you miss a session.
When life gets messy.
When you feel like giving up.

That’s when support matters.
Because accountability, for me, is not pressure.

Accountability is having someone help you come back to yourself when you lose your way. 🤍
If you are someone who knows exactly what you need to do but struggles to stay consistent…

DM “SUPPORT” to and let’s talk. 💬🌿

⚠️ You may think your childhood had nothing to do with why you struggle with money now.

Think again.

You can work hard, be talented and still feel terrified of asking for more. Not because you are incapable, but because somewhere along the way, your body learned that staying small felt safer. 💔

Maybe you were the child who learned:
“Don’t ask for too much.”

So today, you undercharge and feel guilty quoting your actual fee. 💰
“Don’t make things difficult.”

So today, you give extra time, extra work and discounts, even when it costs you money.
“Be useful so people love you.”

So today, you overwork, overgive and still wonder why people do not value you.
And here is the uncomfortable part:

You may call this being nice.
You may call it being humble.

But sometimes, it is an old survival pattern quietly running your adult life. 🔥
Your body can be surrounded by safety and opportunity, yet still react as if taking up space, earning more or asking for what you deserve is dangerous.
Inner child healing is not about blaming your parents.

It is about recognising the patterns you learned and asking:
Do I still need this pattern to survive today? 🌱

Because you cannot build a different financial life while automatically repeating the rules that once kept you emotionally safe.

💬 DM “HEAL” if you are ready to understand what childhood patterns may still be affecting your money and career.

What if the restlessness you are trying to fix didn’t actually start with you?

I just watched Main Wapas Aaunga, and this thought stayed with me long after the movie ended.

The grandfather loses his home and spends his life building everything again.
A home. A career. A life.

But somewhere inside, he still doesn’t feel like he belongs. 🏠
Generations later, his grandson cannot settle.
He changes jobs.
Nothing feels fulfilling.
He keeps searching, leaving and wondering why nothing feels right.

And that is the pain point that stayed with me.

How exhausting must it be to keep trying to fix your life when you don’t even understand what you are carrying? 💭
Then there is the father’s constant criticism.

Always pointing out what is wrong.
What could be better.
What his son isn’t doing right.
And slowly, you can see how a child can start questioning himself. 🥺
The movie made me think about something important.

Sometimes, what we call someone’s personality may have a much older story behind it.
The grandfather couldn’t feel at home.
The father carried his own unresolved emotions.

And the son may be carrying a restlessness he cannot even explain. 🌱
This is why looking deeper can matter.

Sometimes you are not simply “confused.”
You may be repeating, carrying or responding to patterns that existed long before you had the words to understand them.
Sometimes, the pattern is much older than the person showing it. 🤍

💌 Have you ever noticed a pattern in your life and wondered, “Why do I keep doing this?” DM me “HEAL” if you
want to explore where it may have started.

You are not “too sensitive.” But 10 minutes online might be exhausting your nervous system more than you realise.

And before you say, “It’s just social media”… think about this. 📱
You open your phone and see flash floods.

Homes are underwater. Families have lost everything.
You close the app and make breakfast.

But your body may still be carrying what you just saw.
Or you see a video about someone losing their job.

And suddenly, you start worrying about your own money.
Nothing has changed in your bank account.

But your body is already preparing for danger.
Or you spend the evening scrolling through people’s problems, wars, accidents and bad news.

Then you wonder why you cannot sleep.
Why tiny things irritate you.
Why you wake up tired after sleeping for eight hours. 🥺

We call this being “online.”

But your nervous system may experience it very differently.
Because every headline is information.

Every crisis is something your brain has to process.
And when you already carry stress around money, safety or uncertainty, it can feel like your body never gets a break.

You are answering messages.
Making food.
Talking to your family.
Smiling.

But somewhere underneath, your body is still asking:
Are we safe?

And no, the answer is not always to throw away your phone or “just stop worrying.” 🙃
Sometimes you need to notice what keeps your body on alert.

And then slowly give it experiences of safety.
Again and again. 🌱
Because maybe you are not lazy.
Maybe you are not weak.
Maybe you are exhausted from constantly preparing for things that haven’t even happened to you.

💌 If this hit a little too close to home, DM me “HEAL”.

⚠️ WARNING: You might skip this because you think earning 10x more is simply not possible for you.

I used to think like that too.
Until I earned my monthly salary in one week.
And no, that didn’t happen because I suddenly became more talented or started working 10x harder.
It made me look deeper at something else.

A client once told me,
“I know I am good at what I do. But every time I have to quote my fee, I feel uncomfortable.”

When we looked deeper, it wasn’t just about money.
As a child, she had learnt not to ask for too much.
She didn’t ask for the expensive toy because, “Why waste money on me?”
She didn’t ask for something extra because she didn’t want to burden her parents.
She learnt to adjust, manage with less and be grateful for whatever she received.

And that belief didn’t disappear when she grew up. 🌱

It showed up in her work.
• She lowered her fee before the client even negotiated.
• She gave extra sessions for free because charging felt uncomfortable.
• She worked harder instead of asking for more money.
• She said no to bigger opportunities because earning that much didn’t feel possible for her.
• And sometimes, even when money came in, she found it difficult to keep or enjoy it. 💰

This is why I want you to ask yourself something.

Is earning 10x actually impossible for you?
Or does a part of you simply believe that you are not supposed to have that much?
Because sometimes, you don’t consciously decide to stay small.

You simply keep making decisions from an old belief.
Don’t ask for too much.
Don’t want too much.
Don’t take more than you need.
Be grateful for whatever you get.

And then that little 9 year old belief quietly starts affecting your adult career, your prices, your opportunities and your ability to receive. 🫶

Inner Child Healing helps you understand where these beliefs around deserving, receiving and having more may have started.

Because when you begin questioning those old beliefs, you may stop automatically undercharging, overgiving and rejecting opportunities before you’ve even given yourself a chance.
You don’t necessarily need to work 10x harder to earn more.

Sometimes, you need to understand what inside you still finds having more uncomfortable. ✨

💬 DM me “HEAL” if you want to understand what old beliefs may be affecting the way you earn, charge and receive.

✨ Have you ever felt like money comes into your life… but never stays?

You work hard.
You learn new skills.
You try affirmations, manifestations, vision boards, and mindset work.

Yet somehow, the money disappears as quickly as it arrives.

And after a while, you start wondering:

💔 "What am I doing wrong?"
💔 "Why does money flow so easily to others?"
💔 "Why do I keep repeating the same financial patterns?"

Here's something most people never consider...

Sometimes the block is not in your present life.

During a recent healing session, a client came to me with this exact concern. As we explored deeper layers of her story, family history, and inherited patterns, we discovered that what looked like a money problem wasn't really about money at all.

Many of the patterns we struggle with today can be connected to beliefs, survival strategies, emotional wounds, and family dynamics that existed long before we were born.

✨ This is why surface-level solutions don't always create lasting change.

Sometimes healing requires looking deeper.

Things that may influence your relationship with money:

• Family beliefs around wealth and success
• Generational patterns and inherited fears
• Feelings of guilt, loyalty, or unworthiness
• Emotional trauma stored in the body
• Subconscious survival programming

The moment we heal the root, the outer pattern often begins to shift.

💌 If you've tried everything and still feel stuck financially, save this post and revisit it later.

DM me **"MONEY"** and let's explore what deeper patterns may be affecting your flow, abundance, and ability to receive.

The timeline of how a woman slowly loses herself in a marriage… 💭

First, she adjusts.
“His work is important, I’ll manage.”
“Let everyone decide, it’s okay.”
“I’ll do it myself.”

Then she stops saying no.
She stops asking for help.
Stops making time for herself.
Stops asking, “What do I actually want?”

And slowly, every decision becomes:
“Will this upset someone?”
“Can I really do this?”
“Maybe I should wait.” 🤍

She gets a new opportunity at work but says no because it needs more time.
She wants to start a business but keeps saying, “After things settle down.”
She wants to study, travel or do something just for herself… but feels guilty for choosing herself.

Eventually, putting herself last becomes normal. 🌱

And one day she realises:
“I became the good wife everyone wanted… but I don’t know what I want anymore.”

Sometimes, this pattern starts much earlier.
Maybe you learnt as a child that being a “good girl” meant adjusting, keeping everyone happy and not asking for too much.

So even today, you may have opportunities in front of you but still choose everyone else first.
Inner Child Healing helps you understand where this pattern began and slowly learn that your needs matter too. 🫶

You can love your family without losing yourself in the process.
💌 DM me “HEAL” if this feels like you.

💌 DM me “HEAL” if you keep choosing men who look like this:

The emotionally unavailable one.
The one you feel you need to “fix.”
The one whose attention you have to earn.
The one who needs you more than he actually shows up for you.

But sometimes, it looks very different.
You may have actually married a good man.
He may love you.
He may be present.
He may listen.
He may genuinely want to make the relationship work.

And yet, something inside you still feels unsatisfied.
You keep waiting for more reassurance.
You overthink when he is quiet.
You feel hurt when he doesn’t respond the way you expected.
You keep testing his love without even realising it.

And sometimes, you may not even be able to see how much he is already giving you.
Because your nervous system may be familiar with having to chase love, earn approval or work hard to be noticed. 🤍

So when love is calm, consistent and available, you may not know what to do with it.
You may think, “Something is missing.”
But sometimes, nothing is missing from the relationship.
The old pattern is simply looking for the chaos it recognises. 🌱

Maybe you learnt as a child that love meant adjusting, pleasing, taking care of someone or constantly proving that you were worthy.

So now you may either choose someone you have to fix…
Or struggle to receive someone who is already showing up for you.

Inner Child Healing helps you understand these patterns instead of blaming yourself, your husband or your relationship. 🫶

Because sometimes the work is not about finding a better partner.
It is about learning how to recognise, receive and feel safe with healthy love.

💌 If this made you look at your relationship differently, DM me “HEAL”.
