Mama 🤰 do you ever worry that you’re not getting in enough nutrients for your growing baby 👶🏻?
A lot of soon-to-be mom’s are concerned that they’re constant hunger is going to leave them with ⬆️extra weight gained⬆️ during pregnancy, but what about the mama’s who feel like their appetite just isn’t 🙅♀️ what it should be and they’re worried they’re not eating enough?
Appetite fluctuations 🔺🔻 are expected throughout your pregnancy. A lot of times, we start out feeling nauseous 🤢 in the first trimester and not even wanting to look at food🚫🥘 , then the 2nd trimester honeymoon phase sets in and food is enjoyable again 🌮👍, and then baby’s 👶🏻 taking up so much space in the third trimester that we feel full after 2 bites of food 🙇♀️.
If you know that your appetite ❌isn’t great❌ and you’re worried that you’re not getting enough nutrients in to nourish your growing baby, I recommend👉 incorporating foods into your meals that are higher in calories ⬆️, but lower in volume ⬇️ and won’t fill you up.
