Abnormal Uterine Bleeding — Know the Signs, Act Early 🩸

Nearly 1 in 3 women experience abnormal uterine bleeding at some point during their reproductive years — yet it often goes unrecognised and can lead to chronic anaemia or mask serious underlying conditions.
📌 Know your normal cycle (24–38 days, bleeding 3–7 days)
📌 Warning signs: bleeding beyond 7 days, cycles under 24 or over 38 days, bleeding between periods or after menopause
📌 Causes range from structural (polyps, fibroids) to non-structural (coagulopathy, ovulatory dysfunction) — the PALM-COEIN classification helps pinpoint the cause
📌 Don't wait — track it, note it, report it early

Every cycle matters. Every woman deserves care. 💗

Va**nal Discharge in Pregnancy — Is It Normal? 🤰
