🧠 It’s much more challenging to change our mindset. Emotional health is way more challenging to achieve than physical health.

👉Unlearning the old way of thinking, undoing the conditioning and learning to maintain a positive mental attitude, learning to let go of the past, learning to let go of fears etc. All these takes time and a lot of effort.

💃🏻This girl proved that it’s achievable when you trust yourself and keep at it.

She kept on practicing the emotional program techniques even when she didn’t believe those things to be true for her, she was living in her past, full of fear and doubts but she didn’t give up. She took it up as a challenge and overcame all her fears. SHE LEARNT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING- “TO LOVE HERSELF UNCONDITIONALLY” and that helped her to learn to “LET GO”.

Yes I was a chubby kid and a chubby adult until one day I decided to “WORK ON MYSELF” for the better.

BEEN THERE DONE THAT.

Through strong personal experiences I learned the ultimate truth- fitness is a journey, not a short term goal.

Thankx to .r2 for your amazing training sessions and you pushing me on the days I am not really up for it.

👩🏻‍🏫Keep going. Take rest, breaks, short vacations and get back to it. Stop treating your body like any cheap material which you keep refurbishing. Stop the seesaw of weight loss and gain and loss and gain.

Respect yourself and your body as it’s the most valuable thing for you in your life. Take care of it more than you would your BMW,Mercedes or Lamborghini or any other super expensive belongings.

Your body/ health should be and the fact is, if your really admire and dream of a good/sexy body my friends- that needs a lot of work.

So glad to get this update. My thank you to aunty for following the plan so well. Change is always so difficult especially when we are used to something from childhood. It’s like our second nature basically and aunty took this program so sportingly.
