🤰When I got pregnant, I wasn’t trying to create a “perfect” child. 🫶🏻I simply wanted to give my baby the most nurturing beginning I knew how to create.
💁🏻♀️Looking back, I see small moments that once felt ordinary, a baby who smiled more than he cried, weaning that felt gentle, curiosity around food instead of resistance, and milestones that unfolded when he was ready.
🤍Every child is unique. There are no guarantees in parenting, and no single practice determines how a child will grow.
🤗But pregnancy is more than a time of physical growth. It’s a season when a baby’s first environment is being shaped, through nourishment, emotions, rest, sound, & the mother’s everyday experience.
👉That realization changed the course of my work. 🫶🏻Today, I guide expecting mothers through a structured Ayurvedic pregnancy journey, integrating nutrition, lifestyle, daily rhythm, breathwork, mantra, and mindful practices rooted in classical wisdom.
🤗Because Garbhasanskar isn’t about creating a “perfect” child. It’s about nurturing a child’s earliest experiences through conscious care, connection, and balance.
🤰If you’re expecting, or know someone who is, I hope this reminds you that every small, mindful choice matters.

🤍 I’d love to know: what’s one thing you hope to give your child beyond good health?
