Preparation Method

Ingredients: 1 part pure Cow Ghee (Go-ghrita) and sufficient clean/cold water.

Process:
Place the ghee in the vessel and add an equal amount of cold water.
Using your hand or a spoon, stir the mixture vigorously (often 100 times in a clockwise direction).
Let the mixture rest until the ghee separates from the water.
Drain the water completely.

Repetition: Add fresh cold water and repeat the stirring and draining process 100 times.

Final Step: After 100 washes, the ghee transforms into a soft, white, creamy, and silky texture. Strain any remaining water, then store in an airtight glass jar in a cool place.
