🌡️ How to Protect Yourself During Peak Heat
💧 Stay Hydrated
• Drink water frequently (don’t wait to feel thirsty)
• Add ORS, lemon water, or coconut water
• Avoid excess caffeine & alcohol
🕶️ Avoid Direct Sun
• Stay indoors between 12 PM – 4 PM
• If stepping out, use umbrellas, caps, or sunglasses
• Wear loose, light-colored cotton clothes
🏠 Keep Your Home Cool
• Close curtains/blinds during daytime
• Ventilate early morning or late night
