Everyone thinks eating healthy is about motivation.
It’s not.

If you don’t fix these 3 things, you’ll keep starting over:
1. Get clear on your WHY
(no why = no consistency)
2. Clean your environment
(if it’s around you, you’ll eat it)
3. Stop treating it like a phase
(this is a lifestyle, not a 30-day challenge)

You don’t “fall off” when it becomes who you are.

Save this before you start over again.

If your “why” is weak, your habits won’t last.

If your environment is messy, your discipline won’t matter.

And if you treat this like a short-term fix…
you’ll keep starting over.

Health is built in identity, not timelines.

The more I said “no”, the more I wanted it.
Turns out it wasn’t lack of discipline, it was restriction.
1 piece a day > all-or-nothing. This tricks your brain into thinking there is no lack

Honestly, the world is changing at a speed that you and I will not be able to keep up. At every second, there is something new popping up, but the only constant that is going to remain is your internal compass. It is going to be the ability to communicate and to connect. The ability to connect while the whole world is going to be disconnected, even though we are so socially active and present, that is going to be your gold mine.

A couple years ago meditation took off and then a lot of different modalities of healing came to be as well, but we have information overload, as this progresses as the online presence of all of these different applications are going to be evident. One thing that is going to persist is our ability to think and Act ourselves, I work with my people in helping them look internally connecting with yourself, be that through subconscious re-wiring, EFT or even just listening through passion, working with your body and hands, working through your joy, and just listening to your inner child.

I have 10 practices that I would recommend, and if that’s something you want, drop a DM, send this reel to me or a comment on this, and I’ll send it across!

The world is going to move into immersive experiences. And this is going to be the change. Intuitive experiences. Listening to your body, moving away from trends and really seeking the wisdom that lies within.

Food it’s truly an art! Listen to your body, your DNA, your intuition knows it’s all! It’s a skill and a practice.

What is carob before we dive in? 🤎 (chocolate substitute)

Carob comes from the pods of the Mediterranean carob tree — they’re dried, roasted and ground into a soft, naturally sweet powder.

Think of it as cacao’s gentler, healthier cousin:
✨ Naturally sweet (no bitterness)
✨ Caffeine-free
✨ Lower calorie than cocoa
✨ High in fiber + antioxidants
✨ Creamy, caramel-chocolate flavour

It blends beautifully in truffles, protein desserts, smoothies and baking — giving that deep, rich, comforting taste without the heaviness of chocolate.

Carob is the ingredient that makes these truffles taste fudgy, soft, sweet and warm… naturally. 🤎

This is freezer friendly ~ good to serve at parties and healthy to consume
Ingredients
– 2 scoops Mille Hazelnut Protein
– 2 tbsp carob powder (inside)
– 65 g 55% dark chocolate, melted
– ¼–⅓ cup diluted coconut milk
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– A pinch of vanilla essence
– 2 tbsp carob + 2 tbsp desiccated coconut (for coating)

Method
1. Mix protein + 2 tbsp carob in a bowl.
2. Add melted chocolate, vanilla & cinnamon — mix until crumbly.
3. Add coconut milk slowly (1 tbsp at a time) until a soft dough forms.
4. Roll into 6 big + 2 small truffles.
5. Coat in carob + coconut.
6. Chill 15 minutes until firm.

Macros
Big truffle: ~112 kcal(approx) • ~8g protein- 10g protein
Small truffle: ~56 kcal(approx) • ~4g protein-6gms

✨ HOW TO COPE WITH BINGE EATING (Short)
1. Eat enough earlier → stops evening binges.
2. Pause 1 minute → emotions peak for 90 seconds.
3. Add comfort to meals → reduces cravings.
4. Don’t restrict the next day → breaks the binge-guilt cycle. 5. Sleep → low sleep = higher cravings.
6. Ask “hungry or overwhelmed?” → gentle self-check.
