Aarogyam Health Camp was successfully conducted on 18th April 2026, Saturday, in collaboration with the Chikkakadagu Gram Panchayat, Gouribidanur Taluk.

A total of 38 villagers received free medical consultation from a dedicated team of 3 doctors, including a Surgeon, MD Physician, and MBBS Doctor.

Along with consultations, Gungun Foundation provided:
• Free sugar testing
• BP checkups
• Free medicines
• Nutritious fruits for all beneficiaries

Despite the extreme summer heat, our doctors, volunteers, and team remained committed throughout the day to ensure healthcare reached people who often struggle to access hospitals and timely medical support.
We are deeply grateful to all our well-wishers and supporters who continue to stand with us in serving rural communities.

We strongly believe that community healthcare, awareness, and early intervention can prevent major health complications and build healthier villages for the future. ❤️

Gungun Foundation successfully conducted a Free Online Webinar on Physical Activity in Autism on 12th April 2026, engaging around 19 parents from across India.

The session was highly interactive and meaningful, with parents actively participating, sharing their concerns, and connecting deeply with the topic. We are truly grateful to receive heartfelt appreciation messages from many parents over WhatsApp, and a few of those moments have been shared here.

This initiative focused on supporting parents whose children face challenges with movement, balance, and coordination. The session offered simple, practical activities that parents can easily incorporate into daily routines at home to support their child’s development and confidence.

A sincere thank you to Dr. Bhuvaneshwari Anand and Dr. Nitika, governing members of Gungun Foundation, along with our founder Shubhajit Bhattacharya, for making such a valuable initiative accessible and free for parents across the country. Your dedication to sharing knowledge and strengthening families is truly impactful.
At Gungun Foundation, we believe in unity, we believe in sharing, and we believe in supporting our community.

Gungun Foundation, in collaboration with Elevate Sun Foundation, successfully organized a Free Neurodevelopmental Screening Camp on 29th March at the Elevate Sun Foundation campus.

This initiative was designed for children facing various sensory and behavioral challenges, especially for families who are often searching for the right direction and support but feel uncertain about where to begin.

During the camp, we conducted sensory and behavioral screenings for children who participated from different parts of Bangalore. Beyond assessments, what truly mattered was creating a safe and supportive space for parents.

We also facilitated free counselling sessions, allowing parents to express, release, and process their emotions. Many walked in with confusion and heaviness, but left with clarity, strength, and renewed courage to support their children.

At Gungun Foundation, we believe early support, awareness, and empathy can transform not just a child’s journey, but an entire family’s life.

Grateful to Elevate Sun Foundation for their collaboration and for making this meaningful initiative possible.

At Gungun Foundation, we don’t just talk about transparency — we practice it in action.

With a clear vision guiding us, we are proud to share that our 2025–2026 Annual Progress Presentation was a grand success. During this session, our management openly presented our journey — our work, challenges, funding sources, and future plans — in front of our donors, well-wishers, volunteers, mentors, and board members.

We strongly believe that such transparency from the very beginning helps build the true identity of an organization that is committed to serving the community.

We sincerely acknowledge and appreciate each and every suggestion, guidance, and blessing we received. Your support is helping us grow stronger and build what matters the most — TRUST.

Successful Parent Web Session | Thank You Parents

We are happy to share that our Free Parent Web Series on “Autism & Sensory Processing Difficulties” was conducted successfully by Gungun Foundation.

The session witnessed active participation from parents, and it was encouraging to see such openness in learning and understanding the sensory needs of children.

Parents shared that the session helped them gain:
✔ Better understanding of sensory behaviors
✔ Clarity on identifying triggers
✔ Practical strategies to support their children in daily routines

💬 Based on parent requests, we are glad to announce that a Physical Screening Camp has been planned on 29th March, to provide further support and guidance.

🙏 We extend our heartfelt gratitude to
Dr. Nithiika Roy (PT) and Dr. Bhuvaneshwari (PT) from UK for their valuable time, expertise, and dedication in making this session meaningful and impactful for parents.

Together, we continue our mission to support families and ensure that every child receives the understanding and care they deserve.

We are happy to share that the Co-Founder of Gungun Foundation has been invited by Bangalore Baptist Hospital to conduct a special session for students who are currently receiving counselling training support from the hospital.

This one-hour interactive session will take place in the hospital campus classroom with around 10 students, focusing on the important theme of “Empathy Towards Disability.”

Through conversations, real-life experiences, and open discussion, the session aims to help young minds understand disability with compassion, respect, and inclusion, encouraging them to see ability beyond limitations.

Gungun Foundation truly appreciates this opportunity by Bangalore Baptist Hospital to engage with students and nurture a more empathetic and inclusive society.

Together, small conversations can create big changes in perspective.

🇮🇳 Gungun Aarogyam Camp Health is Our True Freedom 🇮🇳

The Gungun Aarogyam Camp is creating impact day by day in the lives of rural communities. On 25th January, we organized a special health camp in Gauribidanur Taluk, bringing meaningful change just ahead of Republic Day.

With the dedicated support of General Physicians, ENT specialists, and Dental doctors, the camp delivered essential healthcare services to those who need it the most. For us, celebrating Republic Day is not just about remembering our Constitution — it is about living its values. We truly believe that without proper health support, one cannot fully enjoy the rights and dignity promised by our Constitution.

We sincerely acknowledge the support of Ramaiah Hospital and Manasa Hospital for their valuable contribution to this noble cause.

A special salute to our Changemaker Volunteers — the real heroes without capes — whose unconditional passion and dedication continue to serve society and the nation selflessly.

Together, we are building a healthier and stronger rural India.

A New Beginning with a Purpose

Gungun Foundation was born from a simple yet powerful belief — no one should be stopped just because of accessibility challenges.

Our founder’s vision is clear: to reach out to the marginalized people with disabilities in rural communities, who are often left without support, without opportunities, and sometimes, without hope.

We are here to change that — by extending a hand, by pulling them up, and by helping them live their lives with dignity, independence, and confidence.

A heartfelt thank you to our mentor and senior volunteer Mr. Ramaswamy and Karunashraya for their unwavering support in arranging mobility aids for the people of Gouribidnur. Your kindness is helping turn dreams into reality.

Let’s keep walking together — for inclusion, for accessibility, for humanity.
