Jot it down!
1. Eat, The quantity you can utilise.
2. Work for financial independence, not to spoil your freedom from your "self".
3. Move and Be active.
4. Sleep for 1.5 hrs × 4 = 6 hrs( Complete atleast 4 sleep cycles)
5. Me-time is important to revive back.

P.S: I'm not asking you to do this everyday , every minute.
Just try!
Remember!
Nothing comes in one day.
Everything becomes one day.

How an individual thinks is influenced by the attitude of a society as a whole.
We cannot rebel for everything that happens in a society.
Yet,

This doesn't mean You have to have 2 bottles full of water and Drink Them All the Time. 🚫
This 2-3 litres includes water from Fruits and Vegetables also.✅

Have you tried drinking 2-3 litres water everyday. It's so Burdensome to us and the body too.✅
