Over the last few years in clinical practice, one thing has become very clear to me:
Most confusion in homoeopathy doesn’t come from remedy selection.
It comes from incomplete case understanding.
We are often told what to ask in case-taking,
but not always how to organise and interpret it clearly.
That’s where things start getting overwhelming —
especially for students and early practitioners.
To make this process simpler and more structured, I’ve been using a case record sheet that helps in:
– organising information in a clear flow
– identifying patterns more easily
– reducing confusion during analysis
I’ve now shared this sheet for anyone who might find it useful.

Would be happy to know if it helps you in your case-taking process.
Most homoeopathy cases don't fail because of remedy. They fail because of poor case-taking. If you're a student- this will change how you take cases. If you're a practitioner- this will show where you're going wrong.
