Is pregnancy possible after an abortion? 🤰💭 Let’s talk about one of the biggest myths in women’s health!
As soon as the word "abortion" is mentioned, the fear-mongering begins: "You'll become infertile," or "You'll never have a baby again." Have you heard this before?
Here is the truth backed by science: A safe, medical, or surgical abortion done under the supervision of a certified doctor DOES NOT affect your future fertility. Your menstrual cycle and ovulation typically return to normal just a few weeks after the procedure.
The real danger to your fertility isn't the abortion itself—it’s unsafe, illegal abortions performed by unverified sources out of fear or shame.
Don't let misinformation dictate your reproductive health choices. Share this video with a friend who might need to hear this, and let's break the stigma together! 🙌✨
Remember, Google is not your gynecologist, I am. 😉

The biggest postpartum weight loss secret is NOT a heavy gym workout... it is your sleep! 🤫
New mothers are constantly exhausted, sleep-deprived, and stressed about bouncing back to their pre-pregnancy bodies. But here is the medical truth: when you are stressed and not sleeping, your body produces high levels of a hormone called Cortisol.
Cortisol pushes your body into "survival mode," causing it to stubbornly hold onto fat—especially around your belly. 🛑
For the first 3 months (your Fourth Trimester), your best weight loss tool is REST.
✅ Sleep when the baby sleeps.
✅ Swap the heavy gym sessions for a 15-minute gentle walk.
✅ Give yourself some grace.
You are doing an amazing job, mama. ❤️ Save this reel to remind yourself to rest, and share it with a fellow mom who needs to hear this today!

Panjiri Laddoos & Ghee AFTER delivery: Weight gain trap or postpartum superfood? 🤰🤔

New moms, you don't have to choose between losing weight and eating traditional healing foods! The secret isn’t starving yourself; it’s MODERATION.

Crash diets are a big NO after delivery.
Traditional foods like Gond and Ghee are essential for:
- Boosting breast milk production 🍼
- Improving joint health and healing 🦴
- Relieving postpartum knee pain ✨

The Golden Rule: 1 Laddoo + 2 Teaspoons of Ghee daily is all you need! Plus, exclusively breastfeeding burns around 500 extra calories a day, so your body is already doing the work.

Did you eat Panjiri after your delivery? Let me know in the comments! 👇

Make sure to SAVE this as a reminder and SHARE it with your postpartum besties who are scared of ghee!

1 month postpartum and panicking about the weighing scale? 🛑 Stop scrolling.
It took 9 months to create a human being. Your body needs at least that much time to heal! As a Gynaecologist, I see so many new mothers physically and mentally exhausted because they want their pre-pregnancy body back instantly.
Here is the reality check:
💧 It's Not Just Fat: That extra weight on the scale right now? A lot of it is postpartum water retention (edema) and fluids.
⏳ Your Uterus is Still Healing: It takes at least 6 weeks (40+ days) for your uterus to shrink back to its normal pelvic position.
Give your body the grace it deserves. Healing comes first!
But wait... are those traditional Ghee and Gond ke Laddoos secretly making you gain weight? 🤔
👉 Stay tuned for Part 2!
