Hi,

Water yes water.

It is itself a nutrition.

Yes, it is very much important to keep ourselves hydrated because water is the primary & essential element of our body.

If you don't drink water timely then many parts of our body will not work properly.

Blood circulates nutrients in our body to keep our skin, joints, hair, muscles & brain in good functioning condition.
And regular & timely water intake keeps blood in the correct condition.

Regular water intake plays a very important role in our digestion and
helps in getting the toxins out of the body and keep our kidney healthy.

But, as I'm always saying that excess of anything is harmful.

Keep your water intake monitored because over consumption of water can washout essential nutrients from our body, also it can increase stomach bloating.

A normal per day water intake is:

3ltr - 3.5ltr for men.
2ltr - 2.5ltr for women.

Are you drinking water timely?

Stay safe.

Let's talk about Physical activity!

Everybody must practice some physical activity to keep our body fit, strong & functional.

There are a variety of exercise patterns available today but everyone should follow some basics of fitness. Like always practice rotation to increase joints mobility, cardiovascular activity to strengthen heart, strengthening of muscles to support skeleton & stretching for better flexibility.

And we should always work on the foundations of our body those are lower back & legs.

Because most of the time people spend their time on making upper body muscles.

For cardiovascular activity, there are various patterns like jogging, aerobics, Zumba, dance, rope skipping, etc.
For strengthening Weight training, freehand exercise.
And for stretching yoga is a good option because yoga itself is a very great combination of various joints mobility.

There are some exercises that are a dynamic combination of cardiovascular activities & strength training at the same time like CrossFit training in which you don't have to do separate activities for heart and muscle strengthening.

But, always do any kind of fitness activity under the supervision of a professional otherwise these activities might dangerous and deadly if not doing properly.
By doing exercises you can keep away many health-related issues like heart disease, Hormonal imbalance & Obesity.

There is an old saying that "A healthy body is home of a healthy mind".

So, take care of your body as a temple.

Are you doing exercises or not?

Stay safe.

Carbohydrate!

What is it?
Why do we need it?
What will happen if we don't consume it?

Well, Carbohydrates are Biomolecules found in grains, fruits, vegetables & milk products.

Our body breaks it down into sugar for energy purposes.

Our body requires carbohydrates on a daily basis because it is the primary source of energy for performing regular functions.

If you stop consuming carbohydrate then your body would be unable to do many functions properly.

But, As I always say that
never do excess consumption of anything.

Excess carbohydrate that is unused by the body will increase fat percentage and put you on the Risk of Obesity.
That could be a reason for health issues like diabetes & thyroid.

I've seen many people that they stop consuming carbohydrates in their daily meals to gain muscular and masculine physique.

Maybe for a short time, that trick works but for the long-term, these practices will do more harm than benefit.

Because if you stop carbohydrate intake then your brain will not be able to work properly & you'll feel tired without any hard activity. Also, your pancreatic function will be disturbed that means this kind of meal habit can increase the risk of diabetes.

That is all for today.

Stay safe.

Protein

Yes Protein

The main substance from which our body is made of.

Proteins are primary building blocks that make, maintain & repair our tissues.

It is an essential element of our body and needs to consume in our daily meals.

There are various protein sources available in both vegan and Non-vegan categories.

For example:

Every kind of meat has protein and a very good source of minerals & vitamins.

And for vegans Soy, Pulses, all kind of nuts are the options for protein.

But here is the most important part where we need to care because few sources of protein can put your health at risk.

If you consume Red meat on a regular basis then it might increase the risk of cardiovascular disease.

And if you think vegan foods are a better option for protein intake then please watch your meal because high consumption of Soy protein can give us Hormonal imbalance & heavy usage of Pulses can increase the level of uric acid. And if you have lactose intolerance then you cannot eat milk products.

But still, Protein is the most important part of our food.

You'll get more information on this topic. that is the consumption of protein without any harm in future posts of Nutri-Fit Health and Nutrition.

Why do we need Dietary supplements?
Do we really need Dietary supplements?
What type of Dietary supplement is good for me?

So many questions...

I've heard many people saying that if your natural meal is good then you don't need dietary supplements.

The question is, are you eating organic or homegrown food?
No, you're not because everybody is not fortunate to consume organic food.

And if you've been suffering from some deficiency then it is near to impossible to compensate your dietary requirements from normal meal intake.

And if you're saying that you've had never ate dietary supplements then you are living in dreams.
Because supplement comes in many forms that you don't aware of.

So, if you want to keep yourself fit and healthy then you need to add dietary supplements in your daily routine for a strong inner, external health & functional immune system.

Hi there!
Let's talk about L-ARGININE.

Do you know how important is this substance? It is an amino acid that helps our body to build protein for muscles & nerves recovery.

It converts into a gas Nitric OXIDE (N O) a Neurotransmitter that helps our body for a flowless blood circulation by relaxing and flexing our nerves.

An increased level of Nitric Oxide improves our heart's function and if "N O" consumed before an athletic activity, it will improve sports performance.

Before doing strength training like bodybuilding, weight, or powerlifting, "N O" intake increases blood flow in muscles for better muscles pump.

Nitric Oxide is will also decrease the chances of Heart attack by flexing pulmonary arteries, And very useful in the case of Erectile dysfunction by improving blood flow in the p***s because of this problem caused by poor pe**le blood circulation.

By consuming L-Arginine with Omega-3 and Omega-9 fatty acids you can avoid heart-related disorders. And if you'll add some herbs for better testosterone production you'll find improvement in libido.

But, that is another information you'll find in future posts of Nutri-Fit Health and Nutrition.

What is the importance of Nutrition & do we really need medicines to solve health issues?

Of course, we do need both of them as in many health-related issues medicines are the only option but today we forgot about the importance of nutrition.

In most cases you feel that you've taken different types of medicines but, your problem remains unsolved and many times your physician changes your prescription & sometimes you change your physician.

But, is this really a solution?

The answer is a big NO.

In most cases, the medicine provides relief only in symptomatic form.

I'm not saying that you should leave your medicine prescribed by your physician but, until unless you'll not take proper nutrition than the root causes of your health problems unsolved as in many cases the health-related issue associated with a deficiency that could happen because of Malnutrition( when your food isn't nutrients enriched ) or sometimes Malabsorption( a condition when the body is unable to absorb nutrients ).

For example: In the case of heart disease or high blood pressure you'll be suggested to take antihypertensive drugs and blood-thinning kinds of medicines.

But, you need to work on the cause.

Those are cholesterol plaques and hardening of arteries.

By balancing cholesterol and triglycerides levels with the help of nutrition like Omega-3 and Omega-9 fatty acids along with L-Arginine heart disease can be avoided ( you can learn the function of this nutritional combination for heart health in my future post).

And always do some physical exercises so that your body can use the complete benefits of nutrition taken in any possible way.

That is all for today.

See you tomorrow with more helpful information about health and well-being.

Hi,
Do you know what is Garcinia Cambogia and what health benefits it has?

Garcinia Cambogia is a fruit also known by many names as Malabar / Pot Tamarind, Kudam Puli, Brindle Berry and Vrikshamla.

Its scientific name is Garcinia Gummi-gutta and it has Hydroxycitric Acid, which is similar to Citric Acid which has commonly known for weight loss benefits.

Citric Acid has benefits like Fat loss, Low Blood pressure control but regular or over consumption of it can lead to many health issues like Hypertension, Reduced Bone density, weak bone joints, Muscles loss and severe diarrhea.

But, Hydroxycitric Acid will give you some added benefits like Diabetes control, Improved Metabolism, Healthy Cholesterol levels with weight loss, and maintained Blood Pressure without the side effects associated with Citric Acid.

Hydroxycitric Acid regulates our blood sugar level and temporarily stops fat absorption in the body, it also converts the stored body fat into energy But, it doesn't damage our skeleton muscles.

So, by consuming Garcinia you can maintain a healthy weight without damaging bone density.

That's all for today. You'll find more information on other nutrition combined with Garcinia for healthy weight loss in future posts of Nutri Fit-Health & Nutrition.

Oye Fatty, Motu, Baby Elephant, Gol Gappe, Etc. Etc......

Different places,

Different callings,

Different jokes;

But is it really a topic of making fun or joke?

I'm not talking about body shaming. But,

Obesity is one of the biggest problems today which is quite serious because it can lead to many serious health issues like Thyroid, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Heart disease, Hormonal imbalance, Overpressure on bone joints & some types of cancer.

There are many reasons behind Obesity like Over eating than body's requirements, Alcohol consumption, Junk food, too much-processed meat consumption, Medicine's side effects, physical inactivity & sometimes genetic inheritance from parents.

Whatever would be the reason behind but it is very much important to keep a watch on body weight.

You can keep up the right weight by doing physical activities and healthy eating.

By practicing a healthy lifestyle you will not only support the right weight but strong physical stability with many other health benefits such as strong heart, increased immunity, feel-good hormones production & Anti-Aging effects.

Usually, Obesity is self-diagnosable by BMI (Body Mass Index) calculation. That could be done by using the BMI Calculator offered by many websites & Mobile Applications;
Or you can calculate your BMI simply using this formula also ie:

BMI= Weight in Kg/ height in meters squared.

A healthy BMI range is 17.5 - 25.

Below 17.5 means underweight & above 25 means overweight.

But that doesn't mean that a person who has done some sports or high level of fitness activity who has heavy muscle mass is obese because their BMI isn't under 25.

But, that is another information you'll find in the future posts of Nutri Fit - Health and Nutrition.

Well Well Well....

For many people, the Arctic sea is an unknown product. if I tell you that it is a priceless product for your health,

so will you trust?

Let me clear the concept for you.

Here we are with the benefits of FLP Arctic Sea:

Today there are many different Omega-3 supplements available in the market. Over here I'm talking about FLP Arctic Sea. But, why should you go for it rather than other options?

Because, it is a unique blend of not 1 but, 4 different cold saltwater fishes with Olive oil to increase health benefits.

Omega-3 reduces the risk of heart disease and also very helpful to maintain healthy lipid level.

But How?

Omega-3 is a fatty acid that has EPA( Eicosapentaenoic Acid) to maintain and balance Triglycerides & DHA( Docosahexaenoic Acid) to reduce the risk of nerve damage and it also promotes healthy muscle, bone, and eyesight.

It also has Oleic Acid as Omega-9 that is from Olive oil for an enhanced health benefit for the heart because this is very helpful to increase HDL.

Because of this unique formula, some people call it Super Omega-3 & no other Omega-3 supplements can stand in front of the FLP Arctic Sea.

The final conclusion is that if you need a strong body and healthy brain function then you must add this Omega-3 and Omega-9 supplement in your diet.😊

What is Cholesterol?

Oh No! OMG! Take care! What? How? Etc. Etc...

These questions everyone has:

What is it? Why most of us fear it? Do we really need to be worried?

Well, there are mainly two types of Cholesterols presented in our body: HDL (High-Density Lipoprotein) & LDL (Low-Density Lipoprotein).

In general assumption HDL considered as good cholesterol and LDL as bad cholesterol.

But How much good is good cholesterol & how bad is bad cholesterol?

Basically increased level of LDL can put our heart in the risk of cardiovascular disease like Cardiac Arrest, Heart Attack & Heart Failure, And a higher level of HDL help our body to reduce the dangerous level of LDL.

But, this is the place where we need to be careful because a very high level of HDL can lead to Heart Attack and a very low level of LDL can lead to Cancer and Brain Haemorrhage.

And now Triglycerides: these are types of unused fat cells that are not required by our body right away. These are basically emergency energy stock as fat cells in our bloodstream.

But the too high level of Triglycerides can become a cause of Heart Disease, Type 2 Diabetes & Malabsorption(a condition where your body is unable to absorb nutrition).
And a very low level of Triglycerides is also not good because it can lead to Hyperthyroidism.

There is an old saying in this situation that "EXCESS OF EVERYTHING IS Harmful".
Preferred range:
LDL: 100-129 mg/dl
HDL: 40-60 mg/dl
Triglycerides: 55-150 mg/dl

There are many ways to maintain healthy levels of cholesterol but, that is another information you'll see in future posts of nutri fit - health & nutrition. Stay connected.😊
