◆ Certified from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga in Delhi, which is India's one of the most prestigious college for Yoga.
◆ I have also completed my PG Diploma in Yoga Education and Human Science from LBS National Sanskrit University Delhi.
◆ Now I am pursuing Master's In Yoga from Uttrakhand. ( Final Semester )

As far as my Experience goes, In India as a Yoga Trainer. I’m experienced in conducting yoga sessions in a Group / Corporate class, on-line & one-to-one personalized classes. I’ve worked with students having health issues such as Sugar, Overweight, cervical spondylitis, PCOD, Back pain, Stress/Anxiety Stiff muscles, Respiratory issues, etc. My Yoga sessions skills lie in a number of area like-

Most of us go to bed exhausted but still wake up tired.
The problem isn’t how long you sleep.
It’s how well your body actually recovers.

Here’s what’s silently breaking your sleep 👇

🔴 Screen light keeps your brain alert
🔴 High cortisol = no deep sleep
🔴 No wind-down = no real rest

Try these 3 things tonight:
✅ 4-7-8 breathing before bed
✅ Legs Up The Wall for 5 minutes
✅ No screens 30 min before sleeping

Your body will thank you tomorrow. 🙏

· If you have a sleep disorder, consult a doctor before trying breathwork
· Legs Up The Wall is not recommended during menstruation or if you have glaucoma, hypertension.
· Do not practice 4-7-8 breathing if you feel dizzy or have respiratory issues
