A highly insightful and technically rich session by Dr Waleed Ezzat focusing on one of the most delicate aspects of rhinoplasty refinement of the nasal tip, both structurally and aesthetically.

The lecture covered the learning curve involved in achieving consistent tip refinement, the appropriate use of septal extension grafts and columellar struts, prevention of excessive tip rotation, and several subtle surgical nuances that reflected Dr Ezzat’s depth of experience in rhinoplasty.

Particularly elegant was his hinge technique for the nasal tip, allowing for refined definition while maintaining softness and natural balance.

A thoughtful and experience-driven lecture with numerous practical pearls for rhinoplasty surgeons at every stage of practice.
