Taking learning beyond boardrooms…

Had the opportunity to conduct an Outbound Training for Sentiss Pharma at Best Western Resort Country Club, Pachgaon — and what an energising, transformative experience it was!

Designed to build a high-performance work environment, the training focused on strengthening what truly drives teams forward — collaboration, communication, and ownership.

Through dynamic, activity-based experiences, participants worked on:
✨ Enhancing inter-team collaboration
✨ Strengthening decision-making under pressure
✨ Building effective communication and trust
✨ Understanding the true meaning of accountability, responsibility, and commitment
✨ Encouraging innovative thinking and creative problem-solving

What made it powerful was not just the activities, but the insights that emerged in the process — teams learning to align, adapt, and arrive at solutions together with agility.

Experiences like these go beyond skill-building — they shift mindsets, build stronger connections, and create a culture where individuals feel a deeper sense of ownership and contribution.

Grateful to Sentiss Pharma for consistently investing in their people and creating such impactful learning spaces.

He edited out 4 hours of risky content.
Left 10 seconds in.

The internet didn’t care about what he saved.
They burned him for what he missed.

That’s not outrage.
That’s pattern recognition failure — on a global scale.

His audience? 40M+ monthly.
His safety net? A false 5:1 edit ratio.
His crime? One off-brand joke.

Within days:
❌ Venues vandalized
❌ Family clinics attacked
❌ Police raided an empty room

But here’s the psychology no one talks about:
When your world is burning, you don’t want advice.
You want one hug.

He survived. Not by fighting louder.
By disappearing… then selling 300,000 tickets in silence.

Moral of the story?
Your comeback doesn’t need a statement. It needs strategy.

Lesson's learnt😇
~ Chronic stress can trigger psychosis — prolonged anxiety made him question if reality was even real.

~ Humour is often a trauma shield — funniest people frequently use comedy to mask deep emotional pain.

~ Suppressing emotions harms men's mental health — bottling up feelings leads to breakdowns, not strength.

~ Creative expression is therapeutic — turning trauma into art helps process and release emotional wounds.

~ Radical vulnerability rebuilds trust faster — openly crying and admitting fear made him more relatable than any joke could.

“Stress kabhi kaam se nahi hota… uss kaam ko handle karne ke tareeke se hota hai.”

Came across this today, and it took me back to one of those early conversations around workplace mental health.

In July 2020, I conducted a Stress Management session as part of the Internal Management Development Programme at SGT University.

Woh phase yaad hai?
Work from home ho ya work from office — boundaries almost khatam ho gayi thi.

kaam zyada lag raha tha
breaks kam ho gaye the
aur mind kabhi switch off hi nahi ho raha tha

And that’s when people started saying:
“I’m tired… but I don’t know why.”

Because stress sirf workload ka result nahi hota.
It’s also:
👉 unprocessed thoughts
👉 constant pressure to perform
👉 and lack of mental recovery

Even today, this remains one of the most common struggles I see.

So maybe this is your small check-in:
Are you just working…
or also recovering?

Because productivity without recovery…
eventually becomes burnout.

Awareness before action: Because care begins with understanding.”

On the occasion of World Parkinson’s Day (11th April), I had the opportunity to conduct a workshop for caregivers at an old age home in Faridabad.

And honestly… this session was not just about information.
It was about responsibility.

We spoke about:
👉 Early signs & symptoms of Parkinson’s
👉 What changes to look out for
👉 How caregiving is not just physical… but deeply emotional

But what made this session different was the engagement.

Instead of just talking, we turned it into an interactive experience —
through quizzes, discussions, and real-life scenarios.

Because awareness is not built by listening…
it is built by understanding and applying.

We also shared practical ways:

how to support daily functioning
how to respond with patience, not frustration
and how small actions can make a big difference in dignity and care

One thing that stayed with me:
Caregivers don’t just need training…
they need acknowledgement.

Because behind every patient…
there is someone silently showing up, every single day.

Grateful to be part of conversations that truly matter.

“Work from home ne sirf office ka location nahi badla tha… usne roles, expectations aur boundaries sab mix kar diye the.”

Came across this article today, and it instantly took me back to 2020 — when I wrote about “Work From Home Challenges for Women.”

Woh phase sirf work shift ka nahi tha…
it was an emotional overload.

ek haath mein laptop
doosre mein responsibilities
aur beech mein khud ke liye almost zero space

And somewhere, many women weren’t just working from home…
they were living at work.

What made it more complex?
👉 Guilt of not doing enough
👉 Pressure to manage everything perfectly
👉 Aur khud ki needs ko last pe rakh dena

But here’s something I strongly believe — even today:

Balance is not about doing everything.
It’s about not losing yourself while doing everything.

And that requires:

boundaries
delegation
and most importantly… self-permission to pause

Because burnout kabhi ek din mein nahi hota…
woh chhoti chhoti ignorances ka result hota hai.

If you resonate with this even today —
maybe it’s time to ask yourself:
👉 “Main sab manage kar rahi hoon… par kya main theek hoon?”

“Breaking the confusion around career choices 🧠✨”

Recently conducted a career counselling session where students were introduced to structured assessments to understand:
👉 which stream suits them best
👉 what career options lie ahead

Because career decisions should not be based on guesswork…
they should be based on clarity and self-understanding.

It was great to see students move from confusion to confidence within just one session.

If you’re a school, college, or parent looking to conduct career counselling workshops/assessments —
I’m available for collaborations.

“Awareness tab shuru hoti hai… jab log sunne ke liye ready hote hain.”

Recently, I was invited to take a session at a nearby play school — but what made it truly meaningful was that it wasn’t limited to just the school.

Parents from the surrounding community joined in, simply because they wanted to understand better.

And honestly, that made all the difference.

Because conversations around child development, behaviour, and conditions like autism often come with:

confusion
myths
unnecessary fear

Aur kai baar… bas sahi information ki kami.

What I truly appreciated was the openness in the room —
parents asking questions, sharing concerns, and most importantly… being willing to unlearn.

And somewhere in between those conversations,
👉 a lot of myths were replaced with clarity
👉 a lot of fear was replaced with understanding

That, for me, is always the goal.

Because awareness is not about knowing everything.
It’s about being open to learning something new — especially when it comes to our children.

Grateful for spaces like these…
where people choose awareness over assumption.

✨ Happy Classrooms, Happier Minds ✨

Had the wonderful opportunity to conduct a workshop on “Happy Classrooms” with dedicated educators of Sharda International School.

A classroom is not just a place for academic learning, but a space where emotions are understood, voices are heard, and every child feels safe, valued, and inspired. 💛

Through interactive discussions and practical strategies, we explored how small shifts in communication, empathy, and environment can create a big impact on a child’s well-being and learning experience.

Because when classrooms become happy…
🌱 Learning becomes joyful
🌱 Confidence grows naturally
🌱 And children truly thrive

Grateful to the school for prioritizing emotional well-being along with academic excellence.

If your institution believes in nurturing not just toppers but emotionally strong individuals, let’s connect. 🌿

“Mental Health 101: Understanding What We Often Ignore”

Had the opportunity to conduct a workshop with the Rotaract Club, Gurgaon — and what stood out the most was how needed these conversations still are.

We spoke about the basics — but the kind that truly matter:
👉 What is mental health actually?
👉 How stress, anxiety and emotions show up in daily life
👉 When to normalise… and when to seek help

Because the reality is —
most people are struggling, but don’t have the language to express it.

And that’s where awareness begins.

It wasn’t just a session… it was a space where:

questions were asked openly
experiences were shared honestly
and perspectives started shifting

One thing I always say:
Mental health awareness is not about big terms…
it’s about helping people understand themselves a little better.

Grateful to be part of platforms that are willing to start these conversations.

If you’re an organisation, college, or group looking to conduct practical, engaging and meaningful mental health workshops —
I’d be happy to collaborate.

Because awareness is the first step…
and it should reach where it’s needed the most.
