Attending the Times of India Healing India Forum 2026 was an insightful experience, filled with powerful reminders about mental wellness and personal growth.

Here are three key takeaways that stayed with us:

1. Loneliness is real - Meaningful human connections are essential for our well-being.

2. Words hold power - The way we speak to ourselves can influence how we experience stress and exhaustion.

3. Protect your sense of self - Your self-worth is precious. You don’t have to expose it to every opinion, judgment, or criticism.

Grateful to the Times of India for creating a platform that encourages meaningful conversations around healing, wellness, and mental health.

Have you ever wondered if the stress you’re carrying could be affecting more than just your mood?

Long periods of stress can influence your sleep, energy, concentration and overall well-being. Some of these experiences can also overlap with symptoms associated with thyroid conditions.

While stress and thyroid health can be connected, they aren’t the same thing.
If you’ve been noticing persistent changes in how you feel, listening to your body and seeking the right medical guidance is an important first step.

Your well-being deserves attention, not just when things get overwhelming, but every day.

Save this post as a gentle reminder to check in with yourself, and share it with someone who might need it.

Feeling anxious or overwhelmed?
Take a moment to pause and breathe.

This simple breathing exercise can help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and feel more grounded when life feels overwhelming.

Your nervous system deserves a little gentleness, too. Sometimes, all you need is a moment to come back to yourself.

Save this for the moments when you need to slow down.

Family patterns can quietly shape how we handle stress, relationships, and even our health.

Awareness helps us understand these patterns and choose what we want to change.

Healing begins with awareness. Save this post if it resonates.

Fear of failure or rejection holding you back?

Sometimes, it’s not the fear itself that stops us—it’s the part of us that believes we can’t handle what happens if we fail.

Try this EFT affirmation for 21 days:
“Even though a part of me fears failure and rejection, I choose to love, accept, heal, and integrate this part of me.”

Take 3 rounds a day, breathe, and notice what starts to shift—your confidence, clarity, and willingness to take that next step.

Save this reel and practice it for 21 days.

If fear of failure or rejection is keeping you stuck,

People-pleasing isn’t always about being “too nice.”

Sometimes it comes from childhood patterns, learning to keep the peace, avoid rejection, or put everyone else’s needs before your own.

Healing means learning that you can care for others without abandoning yourself.

If this feels familiar, it may be time to explore what’s underneath the pattern.

DM to connect and begin your healing journey.
