𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢 (केसर बासुंदी)

Ingredients (Serves 4):
🔸Milk: 800ml
🔸Mixed nuts: 20g
🔸Saffron: 10-12 strands
🔸Cardamom powder: a pinch
🔸Corn flour: 1 teaspoon (5g)
🔸Sugar-free Natura / Stevia (to taste)
Steps/ Directions
🔸Boil milk until it reduces to half
🔸Add cardamom & saffron. Cook for another 5 minutes.
🔸Add half the nuts and keep some for garnishing
🔸Add sugar free and stir well
🔸Add Corn flour slurry (check notes). Simmer for two minutes and let it chill down. Freeze and serve!
(Note: Slurry: 5g corn flour + 10-15 ml water & mixed well)
