People fake fitness and lifestyles.
The truth is your dedication, consistency, lot of sacrifices, and hard work.
It eventually speaks for itself.
My barbells and dumbbells are my best friends; what I put in, they bring out in me.

A healthy lifestyle is all about a lot of discipline, sacrifices, and dedication in what you eat, what you consume, and what you bring to the table.

Alcohol, smoking, and a junk-food life are not at all entertaining. They will lead to a condition from which you will never recover. Be mindful.

My daily routine, a must to have : gratitude, meditation, strength training, a walk, mantras, chanting, my tech life, home-cooked food, laughter, and good sleep.

From soul to physical body from connecting with nature to barbells from chanting to work life, that is where it leads to a transformation πŸ™Œ.
