Mumbai does not stop. Not for festivals. Not for rains. Not for you.

And that is exactly the problem.
I meet people every day who haven’t slept 7 hours in years. Who eat standing at a vada pav stall because there is no time to sit. Who haven’t had a full blood panel done in half a decade. Who are tired all the time but blame it on “life.”

It is not life. It is your body waving a red flag. And you are too busy to look.

Here is the reality nobody is saying out loud:
→ 1 in 4 Indians will die from cardiovascular disease. Most of them will never see it coming.
→ 77 million Indians have Type 2 diabetes. Tens of millions more are pre-diabetic and don’t know it.
