Status of Electro Homoeopathy in the Supreme Court of India (latest clear position)

As of 2026, the legal position of Electro-Homoeopathy in relation to the Supreme Court of India is largely unchanged from earlier rulings. There is no new landmark judgment recently, but the earlier stance still governs the situation. 🧾

1. What the Supreme Court has said The Supreme Court has not officially recognized. Electro Homoeopathy as a medical system, but it has also clarified:
👉There is no blanket ban on its practice This means: Practicing Electro Homoeopathy is not illegal by itself But it must not violate other medical or fraud-related laws ⚠️

2. What the Central Government says (very important) The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has clearly stated:
