Hiring for BDE in leading real estate MNC company - Gurgaon, Haryana
Responsibilities :
- Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
- Respond to incoming e-mail and Phone inquiries
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals
- Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
- Business/Revenue generation,
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships,
- Meet personal and team sales targets,
- Generate or follow through sales leads,
- Customer Relationship.
Rounds of Interview :
HR round, Aptitude test & Psychometric test, 3 Managerial rounds
Skills :
- Age Limit – not more than 30 years.
- Freshers can also apply
- Graduation degree or equivalent
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
