It was a wonderful experience conducting a Healthy Lifestyle Awareness Workshop at KLE BBA with enthusiastic and energetic students who actively participated in understanding the importance of fitness, nutrition, mental well-being, and sustainable healthy habits.
The session focused on: ✔️ Importance of daily physical activity
✔️ Simple and practical fitness routines for students
✔️ Healthy eating habits amidst busy academic schedules
✔️ Stress management and mental wellness
✔️ Posture correction and mobility awareness
✔️ Building discipline through lifestyle practices
The workshop also included easy fitness practices and interactive activities that encouraged students to realize that health and fitness do not always require complicated routines — consistency in small healthy habits creates long-term transformation.
As a women’s fitness and wellness expert, my goal is always to spread awareness that fitness is not just about appearance, but about creating strength, confidence, energy, and overall well-being from within.
