In 1990, an unexpected observation changed the direction of my work.

A woman had been suffering from a long-term lung problem. I asked her husband to bring two of her inner garments. After activating them and explaining how to use them, I sent them back.

Three months later, she returned with a smile.

What surprised me was not only her experience, but the possibility that clothing—especially inner garments that remain in constant contact with the body—might play a greater role in human wellbeing than we normally imagine.

It was this woman who gave the concept a name:

"बीमारियों का सुरक्षा कवच"

For the last several decades, I have continued to observe and study this subject.

WHEN COMPARISON ENTERS A HOME, PEACE LEAVES QUIETLY
Many parents compare their children with good intentions.
"Look at your sister." "Look at your neighbour's son." "Why can't you do what others are doing?"
They believe comparison will motivate.
But in my observations, comparison often creates self-doubt rather than confidence.
A child may stop discovering his own strengths and begin measuring his worth through other people's achievements.
In the Five Elements framework, this affects the Space Element (Aakash Tatva) of the home—the invisible space where confidence, creativity, communication, and identity grow.
The wounds may not be visible, but their effects can last for years.
