योग हमें सिखाता है कि सच्ची शांति बाहर नहीं, हमारे अंदर ही बसती है। जब हम सांसों पर ध्यान देते हैं, तो मन की हलचल धीरे-धीरे शांत होने लगती है। जैसे पेड़ अपनी जड़ों से शक्ति लेता है, वैसे ही हम भी अपने भीतर से स्थिरता और आत्मविश्वास पा सकते हैं। खुद से जुड़ना ही सबसे बड़ी साधना है। अपनी सांसों को महसूस करें, अपने विचारों को स्वीकार करें और अपने असली स्वरूप को पहचानें। अपने भीतर की शांति को खोजिए — वहीं आपकी असली ताकत है। 🌿🧘‍♀️
