Extremely disappointed with Daikin’s after-sales service.
I purchased a Daikin AC on 22 May at 12 PM, but the installation is still not completed. I have spoken to the installation team multiple times over the phone, but every time they only give excuses like “we will confirm after some time” or “the team is not available right now.”

Customers invest their hard-earned money expecting professional service, not endless delays and excuses. If Daikin cannot provide timely installation and proper customer support, then the company seriously needs to improve its service standards.
