22+ years. Thousands of lives transformed. One incredible conversation.

Honored to host Dr. Anand S. Kumar (PT), Founder of Himveda Physiotherapy, on the podcast. A masterclass on healthcare, rehabilitation, leadership, and building a legacy that impacts lives every single day.

This is a conversation you don't want to miss.

Every woman deserves the right to dream of motherhood, regardless of disability.

Many women with disabilities are told what they cannot do, but with the right support, care, and medical guidance, motherhood is possible for many of them.

Let's stop limiting dreams and start creating a more inclusive society where every woman can live with dignity, confidence, and choice.

Because inside every woman, there is a mother.

I didn’t start this podcast for views, money, or personal benefit.

I started it because behind every disability is a family fighting a battle nobody prepares them for.

More than 1.3 billion people across the world live with some form of disability. Every year, lakhs of families suddenly enter a life they never imagined, after a spinal cord injury, accident, stroke, paralysis, or medical condition. And the hardest part is not just the injury, it’s the silence, confusion, and lack of guidance that follows.

Families lose hope.
Patients lose confidence.
And society often looks at disability with sympathy instead of understanding.

I have spoken to people who were never told what rehabilitation really means.
People who were made to believe life was over after an injury.
Caregivers carrying emotional pain silently for years.

Individuals with disabilities still fighting for something as basic as accessibility, dignity, education, movement, and employment.

That is why I started this podcast.

If even one conversation helps one family understand treatment better,
If one disabled individual feels seen, heard, or empowered,
If one person in society changes the way they look at disability,

then this journey is worth continuing.
And I will continue doing it until the right guidance, knowledge, and awareness reach every corner of the world.

Because disability is not weakness.
The real weakness is a society that still fails to understand it.

As I sat down with Swarjeet Singh for this conversation, one thing became painfully clear spinal cord injury is not just a medical condition, it becomes a battle for survival for both the patient and their family.

In India, families are often left without guidance, support, or awareness after such life-changing injuries.

The most heartbreaking part? Many patients lose their lives due to preventable issues like bedsores and lack of basic care.
This podcast is not about sympathy.

It’s about bringing attention to a reality that deserves urgent change.

India talks about disability only after an accident happens.
But for spinal cord injury survivors, the real fight starts after the hospital discharge.

According to ISIC, nearly 45% of spinal cord injury cases in India are caused by road accidents. Millions still struggle with accessibility, employment, and independent living.

Meeting Swaranjeet Singh Ji helped me understand that people with disabilities don’t need sympathy they need accessibility, opportunity, and dignity.

Real inclusion begins when society changes its mindset.

The real disability is not the wheelchair.
It’s the mindset of people who see disabled individuals as “less.”

Stop giving sympathy.
Start giving respect, access, and equal opportunities.
Because disability does not define a person.
Society’s thinking does.

Accessibility is not a feature. It is a responsibility.

An accessibility audit may sound technical, but its impact is deeply human. From ramps, pathways, and infrastructure to faculty training and inclusive learning systems every parameter matters when creating equal opportunities for persons with disabilities.

Real inclusion is not built through policies alone. It is built through implementation, measurement, and action that truly empowers every student to access education with dignity and independence.

Universities and educational institutions must move beyond conversations and start building systems that are accessible by design.

For women with disabilities, periods can bring hygiene challenges, infections, and emotional struggles that society rarely talks about.

Every woman deserves dignity, privacy, and proper care.
