Chakrasana or Urdhva Dhanurasana is an asana in yoga as exercise. It is a backbend and is the first pose of the finishing sequence in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. It gives great flexibility to the spine. In acrobatics and gymnastics this body position is called a bridge.

Benefits-

Wheel pose strengthens and lengthens the vertebrae

which increases elasticity and flexibility of the spine.
Wheel pose strengthens your arms, wrists, abdomen, legs, shoulders and chest, so expect smooth, toned muscles.

This pose opens up the chest and strengthens the lungs.

Vrikshasana or Tree Pose is a balancing asana. It is one of the very few standing poses in medieval hatha yoga. Tree pose (vrksasana) can strengthen and improve your posture. It requires balance, focus, patience, and practice.

Benefits-

Tree Pose stretches the thighs, groins, torso, and shoulders.

It builds strength in the ankles and calves, and tones the abdominal muscles.

The pose also helps to remedy flat feet and is therapeutic for sciatica.

Like a tree, extend your roots down and blossom your arms up toward the sun.
