Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in Satsang today

That which cannot be explained is called good fortune. That which we receive, which cannot be attained by our efforts is good fortune. So how do we increase the good fortune. All the times that we have good fortune we have positive energy in us. Without positive energy we cannot have good fortune. So we need to be enthusiastic, enregtic, happy. It’s possible when we increase life force in us. How do we do that? By being in satsang, good company.. the company that you feel energetic, happy in. Satsang does not only mean singing. It means being in the company that uplifts you. Any company that uplifts the life force in you. When we sing life force increases in us so that is also satsang. The other way is through food. When you feel low, have fresh vegetable and fruits. Then you see how the mind changes. Just have raw vegetables, fruits, nuts for 2 to 3 days then you’ll see the change in life force in you. And then pranayama and meditation.. all of this will help. By doing all this, good energy rises in us and we can feel the good fortune.. Then when you maintain that state of mind, you will experience good fortune.

Ques: What is the goal of a seeker. How does a Sadguru help?
: By first making one a seeker, removing the inertia in him. Then fixing a goal for the seeker, taking him towards the goal and then making him rest when he reaches the goal.

We're having Satsang tonite! Those who've experienced before pls share with others and those who haven't, do experience the Magic yourself!!

It just feels really good!

Here's what Guruji says:
"Flowers have the fragrance but it's the wind which comes and spreads it.
In the same way, each one of us is wonderful within-
we are beautiful, caring and loving,
