Toffee's tale is one of a medical marvel. Facing a sizable neck mass and a heart condition known as patent ductus arteriosus (PDA), Toffee's journey was nothing short of challenging. Toffee underwent a rare yet successful PDA ligation which is rarely performed in India, along with the removal of a transmissible venereal tumor followed with chemotherapy.

What an incredible experience at the recent European Society of Veterinary Oncology conference (ESVONC) in Dublin, Ireland.

We were proud to present our study, “Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy for Oral Tumors in Dogs,” and to be part of such meaningful conversations shaping the future of veterinary oncology.

It is always a pleasure reconnecting with the faculty and lecturers of The Cancer Vet.

Popcorn wasn’t born into a home… he found one. 🐾❤️

What started as a morning walk in 2013 turned into a bond that changed lives forever. From waiting outside the society gate every morning to becoming family, Popcorn’s journey is filled with love, loyalty, and strength.

When a fast-growing lump on his jaw turned out to be cancer, his family made one thing clear — being a stray would never mean receiving anything less than the best care.

Today, after surgery and treatment, Popcorn is back where he belongs — happy, loved, and guarding his territory once again. 🫶

This is more than a cancer story.
This is a story about compassion, hope, and never giving up on family.

Shifu’s story is a reminder that what looks small… isn’t always simple. 🐾

A tiny swelling on his upper jaw turned out to be something far more serious. After a biopsy suggested cancer, advanced imaging helped confirm that the disease was localized—giving us a clear surgical path forward.

A rostral maxillectomy was performed to completely remove the tumor with clean margins. It’s a major procedure, but Shifu showed incredible resilience—adapting, healing, and learning to eat again like a champ.

The best part? 💙
Final histopathology revealed an acanthomatous ameloblastoma—a benign tumor. No further treatment needed for now, just careful monitoring ahead.

Early action. Accurate diagnosis. Complete treatment.
That’s what makes all the difference.
