Repeat this 7 days Morning water routine for 30 days see the difference from within

Working women this one mindful morning habit can support your digestion energy skin and hormones without fancy supplement or extra time
Here your 7 days cycle to repeat for 30 days

• Monday - Fenugreek water Balance blood sugar, reduces bloating, and supports gut health soak
☘️1 tsp overnight. Drink lukewarm in the morning.

Tuesday - Coriander Seeds water
Help flush toxins, cool tha system, and supports hormonal balance.
☘️1 tsp soaked overnight. Sip gently next morning.

Wednesday - Cinnamon Water
Boost metabolism, reduces sugar cravings, improves insulins response.
☘️Boil a small stick in water. Sip warm.
